Them are fighting words. This is what I miss the most about EL, meaningless rioting. I mean, it was ONE thing to riot for a cause: Bringing drinking back to the tailgating field (Is it Munge field or something). But sportless, rioting for the sake of it...Now that is College in my book! Those pictures are incredible.<BR/><BR/>I'm so sad to hear about another student riot at MSU. Bryan & I were downtown in 2000 after Mateen & Co. won the NCAA championship. There were thousands of students in the streets that night, too...but nary a riot to be had. It was more like a massive celebration -- students posing for photos and high-fiving police officers, and certainly nothing was set on fire. What happened last night is much more like the '99 riot, what with the fires and arrests and whatnot.<BR/><BR/>Ugh.
